1. Arrived 2 minutes late due to rain, but the receptionist complained a lot. The man greeting us was elegant and unfriendly.
2. Room signs were unclear and hard to find. Lots of keys.
3. Garage was narrow and hard to park in. Ended up parking outside for two nights.
4. No shampoo, no bathtub.
Balcony furniture and kitchen windowsill were dirty.
5. No elevator, carrying luggage upstairs was difficult.

The place has amazing views and we found it very relaxing to come back after a long day of sightseeing. Amenities were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The pool, tennis courts and offering of kayaks and equipment was very kind of the host to offer. The grocery stores and restaurants were close, a short drive for us. The unit was very modern and clean and much larger than expected. Whitianga is a very beautiful relaxing town and this unit was in a great location.

Great apartment with great attention to detail with fitting and furnishings. Carport was an excellent bonus. Advice on access and entering was faultless.
Cozy studio home, perfect size and very quiet and peaceful location. Has all the amenities you would need. Very clean. Had a large garden and deck which would be perfect to urilise for summer. Has a few restaurants nearby within walking distance, also has a forest walkway nearby too.

The staff here are just so helpful. Kana & Rhonda went the extra mile to help us recover our luggage that Qantas left in Sydney! The studio apartment was also clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Great place!
Great location right in the heart of town - Kana at reception was really helpful and she remembered I asked for a laundromat in an earlier message! We also arrived early and they let us check in earlier. The Lavender apartment 1 has everything you need for a short stay.
