Heather met us when we arrived (was dark the time we got there) to help carry our bags and show us the way. They had kindly lit the the fire for us so was nice and warm on our arrival.

A wonderfully appointed studio room with a wealth of options for cooking a meal. A comfortable sofa for watching TV or just relaxing and a comfortable bed with good reading lights and a dining table. Great communication from the host. Lovely big bath towels and a great shower. Pretty garden view.
Motel was perfectly located right in the heart of Collingwood with a great cafe just across the road. All on the flat , an easy bike ride to many locations .

The host gave me some excellent tips for how to get the most out of my short stay. Listen to the locals! Restaurants and beach recommendations were a hit, thanks for having me! Great little shared kitchen facilities and a comfortable private bedroom + ensuite.
Rustic Apartment with basic kitchen, log burner (wood burning stove) for heat, nice large double bed. Owner supplied wood for heating at door. This was a winter stay. In summer, we could have enjoyed the outside picnic table and babbling brook nearby.
Modern studio with double glazing and heating/aircon. Good shower and water pressure. Room was spacious and nice deck out the front with view to the mountains and sunsets. Easy 5 min walk to the village.
