We liked coming to this property and being able to enter a relaxing atmosphere for the weekend. The unit was very clean and very easy to navigate around thanks to the helpful guide books provided for different appliances. The neighbours and area were nice and quiet and we were able to enjoy some quality time together when we weren't out in town sightseeing. The contact leading up to the stay was clear and we had no trouble finding the property and getting ourselves inside. The unit was nicely located within 10-15min drive of everything we wanted to see. This was a real plus as we haven't stayed in Hamilton before. Rex (neighbours cat) was a warm, welcoming host who made sure to come in and show us around while we got plenty of snuggles!

Absolutely fabulous stay, highly recommended! The bed was super comfy, as to the sofa, the decor was perfect with great kitchen facilities that was fully kitted! And the shower ... perfect! Nice & peaceful in a rural outlook, felt just like home. Lovely owners and pets.

The studio apartment had everything we need. Very clean, cosy, comfortable, parking, laundry & wifi available and the property is close to town. We received a very warm welcome, it was so easy to book and received instant response. Communication with property was amazing. Highly recommend this property. We will be back again for waka ama nationals next year and definitely staying there again!
Lovely breakfast eggs,bread ,homemade muesli ( yum yum) all the little treats too many to mention ,the most comfortable bed you could sleep in , the view onto the nearby mountains ,beautiful cosy modern apartment .

Carol has done an amazing job providing everything you could ever want at a holiday rental.The proximity to the town centre and supermarket is great however she has supplied all the basics and more.The apartment was very peaceful and had a well furnished deck with a private outlook.Very good quality linens and toiletries were also appreciated.All in all we loved it.
