We arrived on a cold afternoon to find our room was cozy and warm with the heatpump running. Beautiful view from our well presented studio room. Very comfortable bed and good shower. It was handy having the restaurant and bar on site (lovely staff) and we appreciated the breakfast that was included, before we set off on our travels again. Would definitely stay again.
The owner was nice and offered an upgrade of the room when they realised we had quite a number of luggages and the apartment on the 2nd level would not be ideal for us. To top it off, the owners went the extra mile to get me some motion sickness medicine to help me cope with the ferry for whale watch when they realised I had this problem. Thank you for the thoughtfulness!
The apartment had everything we needed for our overnight stay in Arthur’s Pass. Tash is a wonderful host. We totally recommend the lodge to anyone wishing to stay in the town.
We were upgraded to an apartment. It was so spacious and luxurious. Thanks so much for that. We had been traveling for several weeks so it was a pleasant surprise to have bigger space.
Super cabin! So big and was very clean. Bed was very comfy. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. There is a selection of rental dvds, books and games which was welcome.
We loved our night in the loft! Spacious and comfortable room with a great view. Appreciated the great bug protection on the window which allowed us to hear the bird song and let in fresh air without letting in the bugs. Great information and photos of local birds, many that we spotted on our walks.
The host was lovely and accommodating for letting us arrived an hour early than the check in time of 3:30pm.
The view was great and very handy to the pub hotel across the road.
The loft itself is just pretty and it's all we need to stay for one night.
The sound of wildlife at night was just nice to hear and the cascading waterfall at the back of the property was a bonus to see.
Great little apartment for a night. Very warm and comfortable inside, across the road from the restaurant and river walk. The Loft had everything that was needed for a short stay.
