The apartment is excellent 👌- beautifully appointed, spacious and very clean. We had a great opportunity to unwind in a spacious separate living room with a great well equipped kitchen- it even had a sandwich press. We loved the washing machine and dryer after almost a month of traveling around. The bathroom was very practical and aesthetic. Loved the walk in shower with the folding doors. We had a very relaxing weekend at the unit. Its walking distance from food and groceries and the waterfront.

We really enjoyed our stay there. Beautiful and cozy decorated lobby and dining area, comfortable room, and nice breakfast. Most importantly, the staff members were all super nice and helpful- our car ran out of battery in the morning, and the staff members helped us to jumpstart very quickly. Great stay with Ann Mari. The location is great; right in between Lyngdal and Spangereid. Tons of summer activites and in winter beautifull hikes one can go on.
The space is a loft style appartment. Separate from the owner's residence. You don't hear a thing at night. If that's what you're after, you'll love it here.
Very comfortable, clean, and "hyggelige" apartment with a beautiful view towards the lake through the main window. The perfect location to relax and unwind on our first night in Norway. Anne Mari and her husband were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Met by the owner. Apartment is in a building next to his home, upstairs. I think he must have just finished remodeling it. 3 large comfy couches with a huge TV w/Netflix in the living room, dining room seats 8, fully stocked kitchen, large new shower, dishwasher, washer AND dryer (rare thing). All bedrooms have 2 twins which can be pushed together. Would be great for family gathering but is perfect for just the two of us. Recommend highly

Close Sørlandsbadet and the beach (2 mins drive or 15 minute walk). A playground is nearby. Kitchen and dishes were clean. The apartment was actually nicer than the pictures on booking.com and it seems they have done some upgrades/refurbishing.
