Its in a great location - basically heart of the city. The rooms were clean and well equipped - with a comfy bed, large bathroom and a good size kitchen. The staff were awesome and made the checkin process a breeze. The foyer has heaps of space and plenty of places to sit and relax with tea / coffee facilities - so if you arrive early (before room is ready) you can relax in a comfy foyer.

Very efficient in terms of communication, no problem with access (remote). Location is very good, right next to a tram stop and very close to shops/restaurants.
