There are horses on the other side of the road and couple of restaurants in the nearby.

A very charming apartment in a great location. Close to everything you would want to see in Venlo and in a lovely old house that gives you the proper Dutch experience. Antique furniture in the bedroom (not the bed though :-)) gave everything a nice atmosphere.
The apartment has everything you need to live and cook at home. Comparing to the other properties where we lived in the neighborhood, price and quality was really good. The owners are nice people.
The location is magical, set in a suburb of Venlo, not too far from the motorway, but feels like you are in the country side with a pond, forest and nature reserve nearby. It’s great when travelling with a dog and everyone is very accommodating. Rooms are fine for short stays, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is amazing and there is safe parking just outside.
The apartment was to die for! Very spacious and we got lucky to have sunny days, so it was bright and warm.
Sandra and Jan were very friendly; Sandra told us where we could get our groceries and explained us how to get to Venray; also we had a problem with the payment but she was very kind and understood the situation and gave us time to pay (we truly appreciated that!)
