We requested the Host to setup the 22 degree temp as we were travelling with kid and they did. it was warm and Comfortable.

Apartment was well priced, clean, warm and in a perfect location for us. My son and I used it as a base for Assen World superbikes. We were allowed to use the outbuilding to store our motorbikes.
