For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The house is located next to a small village and is very quiet. This is excellent if you travel by car and use it as a place to rest and sleep. The apartment is very big, several rooms, big bathroom.
The hosts were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.
We rented the top floor apartment – an old converted barn, and had a great night’s sleep. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spacious and airy and full of character. Loads of places to sit down and relax – not to mention the owner’s own wine, which was so good we purchased a bottle to take away when we left. The garden is lovely with a variety of well-tended plants including exotic varieties. Nearby a beautiful forest to walk in.
