Location is nice, next to the Slufter. Living room is nice and open. Dining area is comfortable. All the bedrooms had ensuites which was very convenient.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment with enough space and all the necessary amenities (to make breakfast as well). It honestly surprised me because it looks and feels better than the photos suggest. The house is incredibly cute and authentic and gives a real Texel vibe. The owner greeted us, showed us around, and for the rest of the stay we had complete privacy. Great location for exploring the island both by car or bicycles. And the neighbor's cat would wait to say 'hi' every morning! :D
Beautifully renovated traditional barn in the countryside. The hosts were friendly and ready to help us. Everything was of good quality, including breakfast. Oosterend, a picture-perfect village with a bicycle rental, is within walking distance. The location is rural (idyllic), but in the middle of the island, which means all the sights, beaches and sheep farms are easy to reach.
