The host, Michael is awesome. He takes a lot of effort to make sure the guest feels comfortable. He was able to make a late check-in work for me. The process of getting the keys was easy and the host provides a tour of the room and the amenities, which was very helpful. The TV in the room has a lot of Smart options including Netflix, Prime, etc.
The host left the breakfast tray with a variety of options in the morning around 7:30 AM everyday. The room was stocked with necessary utensils, a coffee maker and a small refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this option for those looking for a home like environment.
