The best part was Rachel who was amazing, her communication was wonderful, she kept in touch, gave travel advice and it didn’t matter how late we arrived she still met us. Property was very comfortable, close to bus and supermarket. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Extra special was breakfast, milk, eggs, cereal, juice all provided. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Nice and clean apartment. All I needed was the bed and bathroom really. I appreciate the Dyson heater/cooler during the chilly nights.The area and Leiden in general was quite charming. The markets were right there on certain days. I was able to get the most out of Leiden during my stay. Might come back.

Right next to the train station, but there is no noise. The staff was friendly, and the room clean and comfy. It's a decent room for a short stay in Leiden.
This apartment is in a brilliant location near the centre of Leiden, near the windmill, and also not too far from the station. It is self contained and has facilities for self-catering, although there are so many eateries nearby this might not be needed. Our host was communicative ahead of the stay with the information needed and the apartment was clean on arrival.
Leiden has a compact centre and everywhere is easily walkable... or you can take a boat!

Marvellous hosts who go out of their way to help their guests. This modern apartment is sympathetically renovated and retains the character and charm of the historic building and street. It is is very well equipped and comfortable. The location is convenient for sight-seeing, shopping and pleasant canal side walks.
We were visiting our son, who lives in Leiden. CTY Books was close to his apartment and the centre of Leiden. The accommodation was perfect for our short stay. Clean and comfortable, and we got fresh towels when we requested them. I was a little apprehensive about no reception facility, yet our emails were answered promptly by the manager
Amazing location and beautiful property. I had to loft apartment which was absolutely stunning. It’s the little touches like the technology of the TV, being able to chrome cast from your iPad to Tv, genius!
Great location and the overall comfort of the apartment. It also has a very well equipped kitchen for self catering and a lovely terrace by the canal. I would highly recommend this place.
