This is an amazing house with many smart features and a luxury feeling in every room.
The design, the comfort, the views and the sauna make you want to stay in the house and not leave. However, the old city of Harderwijk which is just a short walk from the house is a must see. The location of the house is also convenient for driving to Giethoorn and Elburg.

B&B was really cute and clean, with a nice kitchen and even a dishwasher! The breakfast had a large variety of cheese and meat, and we really loved the joghurt and fruits. The apartment was situated right inside the old town, so we enjoyed the athmosphere a lot.

Cosy apartment, liked the feel of the room and loved the garden! Good contact with a friendly host. The area was lovely, close to the water, in the city centre with lot's of places to eat and yet lovely and quiet.
Everything was very good: excellent communication, getting and returning the keys was uncomplicated, the apartment is in pristine conditions, parking is handy and for free, the wifi was fast and reliable, for the purpose of my visit the location was very convenient. I'll be coming back if available!
Located in the center of Harderwijk right next to the city wall, the small and cosy apartment has everything you need. We stayed at the ground floor apartment which gives us direct access to a cute and semi private city garden. Although modern the apartment incorporates elements from the location and its history which we thought is a very nice touch. Our final recommendation is the neighboring restaurant 't Zusje, just a few steps away this restaurant offers a tapas like menu with a never ending sampling of bites from all over the world.
The Water Loft of Karin und Jaap is a dream. We felt a very warm hospitality with all the special details. The location is fantastic, direct to the water and nearby the lovely city of Harderwijk. The furnishing and the equipment is exceptional and in every way perfect. We spend a wonderful and a relaxing time there and would like to come back very soon. Thank you so much!!!

The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious, well equipped with new electrical appliances and products for cooking, laundry, dishwashing, etc.
There was also free bicycles and sap for our personal use.
Gert-Jan is a very responsive host, and helped with every need.

All was very good. A nice comfortable studio, with private toilet and shower. In the center of a beautiful small town, full of restaurants and shops, near the lake. We were able to visit easily Utrecht, Amersfoort, Het Loo Palace, Kröller-Müller Museum, and several other curiosities.
The location is the absolute greatest in Harderwijk!!! It’s also great that the apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette and even though it’s quite small (bathroom and bedroom doors touch when opened) it’s more than enough space for a couple (with a small child). It is also furnished in a very modern, stylish and clean way.
