The location of the property was excellent, you are right by the beach front and the town. The B&B was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing on a cold night. The host was very nice. Great stay.

the location was perfect in very quite, beutiful and elegant popular neighborhood at the same time very close to the tourist street and the ferries area.
I liked the details inside the cottage, it is very comfortable and has an authentic Dutch character in every corner. Wi-Fi is available in the cottage and upon entering there are instructions for all the details.
Self-check-in via a code to collect the key. Just for your information, the bathroom is on the ground floor and in the second floor only there are beds (1 quien bed and 2 single beds) ,
also knowing that there is a sofa on the ground floor that can be slept on in case it is difficult for the elderly to climb upstairs.

The attic apartment has a lot of old world charm. It is located in the pedestrian zone, but still very quiet. A bottle of water and cookies left on the table were a nice touch. The apartment is large, well equipped and very clean. Instructions for finding and entering the apartment were very clear.

Nice modern studio apartment - had everything. Right in the center the town, steps from the pedestrian zone and less than 45 minutes into Amsterdam via public transit. Host Martin always helpful on the facilities and the town, and quick to respond.

The host was extremely helpful allowing us to arrive early. The location , very quiet and peaceful, is amazingly within a few minutes cycle of the old part of Edam. The apartment was everything we could have wished. Well equipped kitchen, very spacious bathroom, comfortable, clean and bright.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a very pretty small town - it was so nice to have somewhere quiet and peaceful to come back to. Getting the bus in and out of Amsterdam was straightforward, and there were night buses too, except Sunday night when the last bus was at 1am. Picking up the keys was easy too - we were given a combination code for a key box, so we were free to arrive in our own time. The beds were soft and comfy. There's a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and a couple of bars and gift shops right outside.
The apartment is situated in a prime location in the centre of Edam, yet it is quiet and peaceful.
It is very spacious and has all amenities required to make it feel like a proper apartment and not a simple 'hotel stay'.
The apartment is clean and modern and the bus terminal is close with direct routes to Amsterdam central every 20 mins. Albert provided coffee and snacks which was appreciated.
