It was my second stay at Ellie’s house. I was traveling with two friends we all got our own room since the house has three of them. Such a lovely, comfortable and welcoming stay. The fact that it’s possible to ride the bikes that are in the property made stay even more enjoyable and unique.
Next time that i’m in Apeldoorn i’ll check for this amazing place.

Our 2 night stay was perfect. Loved the own space by the caravan, perfect spot.
Accommodation was nice, clean and all equipment you need was available.
Food from the pizza hut was lovely, prices very reasonable.

We had a lovely time at Knuzz&brocante. Apartment is spacious and had everything necessary for comfortable stay. 3 separate bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and a terrace and a balcony. Personally loved the blackout curtains in bedrooms that insured a good sleep. Location as well worked very well for us - supermarket a few minutes walk from the house, green park right across the street. Owners offered to rent the bicycles that we used a lot to explore the town.
Overall the property let us have a great holidays.

What a great and affordable Hotel. The location was perfect. Close to where I needed to go for my meeting and to find something to eat later on. My Studio room was very clean and very spacious.
location is good, walking distance to train station and bus 108 to Hoge Veluwe National Park, it only takes 20 min bus to Hoge Veluwe National Park, many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a good street.
apartment is big, and we are 2 people , 1 sleep in room and 1 on soft bed in the living room, which we can have our own privacy.

Great, modern apartments in the middle of the historical center of the city of Apeldoorn. Well-equipped rooms that were completely redone in 2023. The living area has a comfortable pull-out couch.
