This is the biggest room Ive had in Nicaragua and it was so affordable. The shower was the perfect temperature and pressure, the wifi was pretty strong too. There's a cute balcony and the bed was comfortable. Maria and her husband were incredibly helpful with arranging fair priced taxis to get me to Volcan Masaya and Laguna Apoyo. It's a 13min walk to the artisan market and a 25min walk to the bus terminal/local market, but there are frequent local busses. I did appreciate the low priced delicious coffee and water.

The apartment was perfect with exceptional A/C and a great kitchen. I asked for a blender and it was given. There was even a space at back to wash your clothes and hang them to dry. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The dining table was fine, the manager and the owner were very helpful and considerate. Karelia was always ready to help. They even offered airport ride to Managua. I will definitely return. The place is very secure with cameras and trustworthy staff.

Marcia, the landlady is very efficient and caring. She even got up very early in the morning (4 a.m.). to make sure that I caught my taxi to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with an armchair patio view over the rooftops of the adjacent neighbourhood. This is a great place to stay at if you are flying in/out of the Managua airport and you need to rest before you move on to your next destination. It is very close to the airport, you get free transportation. It is located in a safe area, with security at the entrance. It is super easy to get in/out. There is cheap, delicious food available 2 minutes away. We did not ask for breakfast because our departure was very early and we cannot comment on that. Wifi is free and fast, shower had warm water. The owner is easy to deal with and very available.

The property is really nice. We had trouble getting the code to enter through the gate. One security was annoyed that he had to open the gate for us, because no one gave us instructions how to access the gate. I felt very secured and comfortable inside the property. The staff in general was very nice.
