This is the biggest room Ive had in Nicaragua and it was so affordable. The shower was the perfect temperature and pressure, the wifi was pretty strong too. There's a cute balcony and the bed was comfortable. Maria and her husband were incredibly helpful with arranging fair priced taxis to get me to Volcan Masaya and Laguna Apoyo. It's a 13min walk to the artisan market and a 25min walk to the bus terminal/local market, but there are frequent local busses. I did appreciate the low priced delicious coffee and water.

My wife and I were very pleased with the locations closeness to everything in the city of Granada. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The owner was a kind,honorable man, and very helpful to my wife and I throughout our stay. Mat’s mastery of the Spanish language was key to helping translate for my wife and I our entire stay. His knowledge of Granada and the Culture was invaluable to my wife and I. Mat helped put us in contact with all the right and good people to enhance our trip and ensure our return to Nicaragua to live. Marcia, the landlady is very efficient and caring. She even got up very early in the morning (4 a.m.). to make sure that I caught my taxi to the airport.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable with an armchair patio view over the rooftops of the adjacent neighbourhood.

The property is really nice. We had trouble getting the code to enter through the gate. One security was annoyed that he had to open the gate for us, because no one gave us instructions how to access the gate. I felt very secured and comfortable inside the property. The staff in general was very nice.

Very good in the middle of center place, next to the main plaza. Apartment was basic, but when you opened all the windows, it had screens, you had a very pleasant stay with enough fresh air. The bedroom had airco. The livingroom, kitchen and tv were sufficient to use. Nice sprayer connected in toilet. The staff is very nice they have a taxi driver who will take you to the volcano in the evening and every where you want for a very reasonable price.
We really liked the location of the apartments, the accommodation provided was perfect for our needs. The place is really secured and surrounded by different local businesses, stores, drugstores, supermarket, restaurants, bars, banks and the main attraction is th central park.
María and Humberto are such a hospitable couple. I enjoyed staying at the apartment where the beds have mosquito nets too. I arrived on a Thursday and two doors down, there was a folklore dance happening. Towards the malecón, a band was rehearsing for a performance - I'm glad to have caught it.
Really friendly and helpful owners, plenty of space in the apartment, comfy bed, mozzie net and a good strong fan. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and it's a short walk into the centre of town. Highly recommended!
Excellent location with many restaurants and supermarket,next to the Central park,it only takes ten minutes to walk to Uca bus station.The apartment equipped with surveillance system is very safe ,the room is spacious and clean.The owner is super friendly and helpful,recommend to stay!
