Apartment is very nicely setup and kitchen too. Close to Novare Shoprite and in a new, gated estate full of multi-storey apartments but with very little occupants. You may feel alone as the apartment was about the only occupied one in the nearly 16 apartments in the storey building, and nearby buildings also similarly empty. But no sense of insecurity feeling. Room is well lit and modern, ditto the living room.
