Truly gated and guarded premises. The security guards really did their job.
Ease of check-in and check-out from the unit. The cleanliness of the whole unit, including the bed, bedsheet, pillow, furniture and appliances were great... (One of important keys, no weird smell within the unit). Its' clean that you can walk barefoot in the unit. The poach where you parked the car is private and there is a CCTV. Oh, the unit also comes with a water filter system (Diamond brand). The responsive of the agent was good.
