The free drink per pax was nice. Food and Beverage at the hotel was reasonably priced and nice. Some Aircon in the apartment was not functioning well but they made it up by immediate repair or compensated us. Pool was great and the bar was family friendly
Great place for short stay. Location is perfect, few steps to ferry terminal, restaurants, shops... Lady at reception was very helpful, she gave me early check-in and assisted me to get ferry tickets. Great service! There is also roof-top terrace, nice place to hang out.
Overall, the apartment was comfy enough for the 7 of us including 1 kid. A great place to stay and the staff was very helpful. Will be our preferred choice of accommodation if we plan to visit Labuan again. Thank you!
