I arrived close to midnight after a very long trip (from Europe) and the instructions given to collect the keys for check in was so easy so I could get in with no hassle. The apartment has one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in this year (I'm traveling a lot). I'm also very happy with the pillows. I was in Kuching for a scientific conference and needed to iron some clothes. When I asked to borrow an iron, later that day the host delivered a (new!) iron and ironing board. Amazing service!
