Lots of efforts/preparation were carried out to receive guests at this unit. It's a clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated unit. Double beds and folding beds provided are enough for 12 people even though I have 7 people. Many kitchen items and toiletries were provided except toothpaste & toothbrush. Will definitely recommend 92 Homestay to friends too. Let me give a big thank you to the owner.

I had an incredibly impressive stay at this apartment. The room was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, complete with a Christmas tree. We opted for the Livingstone stone-designed room, which was a delightful surprise with the addition of a piano. My wife and I enjoyed our two-day stay, spending most of our time in the house, only venturing out for meals at nearby cafes.
Every detail, from the design to the furniture and decorations, clearly showed a heartfelt effort to create a welcoming environment for guests. The presence of a coffee machine and small snacks added a warm touch.
The thoughtful gesture of having the air conditioning on before our arrival made the house exceptionally comfortable upon entering. Concerns about the hygiene of the water boiler were alleviated as they pre-cooked the hot water before our arrival – a touching detail.
The management was commendable, providing reminders in advance and responding promptly to any inquiries – a definite thumbs up.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Just a short stay not much to say.. Room was quite spacious, and the classic design furniture was nice and vintage style. The hotel staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. I like the view, French style and not to mention hotel's shampoo and shower gel.. i like the smells.
The loft is tastefully furnished with all the art work displayed creating a very cozy and comfortable place. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The owner has also thoughtfully included all the necessities during our stay. The check in is a breeze with info provided by the owner. The location is also very close to Bukit Tinggi town and kampung Janda Baik.

The apartment and owner were absolutely lovely! Very clean, really love the environment...quite and cozy. The owner also provided plates/cups, cutleries and prayer mat for Muslim guest. Guest can have a coffee near the window while watching the sunrise, but need to wake up early..hihi..I also like the view from the kitchen, we can see Karak Hway. Location very nearby to Karak Hway exit. Not difficult to find food stall or groceries, just drive about 5mins to Bukit Tinggi shops area. Would definitely stay here again.
Cozy and clean apartment with good beds, clean toilet and some cooking facilities for simple cooking. Feels like coming home to our grandma house. Good location and friendly host.
Good quite location n fully furnished apartment. Request for additional pillows n was given even before we arrived. Very clean n well decorated with indoor plants n murals. Bath room aso well stock with toileteries.
