This charming apartment was one of the highlights of our trip. Immaculately clean, breezy, and welcoming. Nice little kitchen and deck with a hammock that our 5-year old loved. It's situated on a little hill exactly between the main town and the beach, a small market and some good restaurants like Los Abuelos and Cabanita are a short walk away. The host was responsive to all our communication and helpful with anything we needed. It's a little hard to find at first, just keep going up the steep part of the road after La Cabanita Bar and the stairs will be just before the next business on your right (a little candy stall).

Had a very nice stay at Playa Bonita. One problem (not the condo's fault) was the incessant loud music across the street coming from the "Blue Chairs." Went on LONG into the night. I get it - some people love that - NOT ME.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We were met at the Town Pier by Angel.
He helped us carry our bags up the hill to the apartment.
He showed us where to buy food etc. and told us a little about Yelapa.
He was very kind. The space was clean and comfortable, and the views were amazing.
The location is exceptional - between the town and the beach, right above the water, view of the bay and the lagoon, birds and fish below. the apartment is fabulous - nice decor, clean and comfy, fun to cook and eat outdoors - it's open to the bay. The owner provides water and some basics like coffee and tea to start you off....absolutely loved this place - very private. Felt like the best spot in town.
It’s important to read all of the reviews prior to arrival. We figured out the location from the reviews and luckily, came across the cleaning staff prepping the unit. We showed them evidence of our rental and the unit was transferred to us when they were done There was no communication from Maria but we made a smooth checkin anyway.
The condo is beautiful and well appointed. Great kitchen for cooking. The view is amazing- Casa dos Aguas sits just above a peaceful lagoon with views of the ocean, beach, river mouth, and restaurants on the beach. The condo is gated and very secure, with a place to wash your feet by the front door. The host, Alejandro was very accommodating and attentive. He provided great insight on places to go and where to eat.

The condo was amazing - All open air - right on the beach. You could hear the waves. The unit had all the supplies you need. Many restaurants located nearby. The WIFI was excellent.
