We had a pleasant one night stay at Mar y Suenos. We liked the quietness of the location . We liked the parking spots. We enjoyed the pool ( pump was not on however) and needed to be cleaned . Great simple amenities and we had everything we needed. Thanks for all the items in the room the water and towels etc. Lucia was very helpful and attentive .

Overall quiet street compared to most things in town. The common areas were very clean and they left bottled water in the room every day.

Honestly this was one of the best deals I've had in Mexico. The location was excellent (out of town enough to not hear the blasting music, but close enough to everything), the free bike rental was a huge bonus, and the pool was a nice touch. My room was basic but perfectly adequate. Comfortable bed. Had a dehumidifier even which helped dry out my surf gear everyday.
Also, unexpectedly my room had a small kitchenette so it was more of a studio, for the price of a room.
Ana and the other staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was able to park my car right in front of the gate which was great.

A lovely apartment with a great patio that has an amazing sunrise view. Close enough to the plaza to be in the action in 5 minutes but not so close that the loud bars will keep you up all night. 10 min walk to the beach and most anywhere else in town. The host was very gracious and hospitable.

Great location up the hill, outside of the noise, the crowd and the music from restaurants but walking distance from everything.
The condo and residence were both really nice and comfy with everything we needed. The swimming pool was also nice.
Tony the property manager was were reactive and ready to help.
We walked 10 min and headed to the center of Sayulita which was great.

It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, which is not crowded at all, and a 4-minute walk to the central street with restaurants. A small shop and a cafe are just next to it. It's quiet at night. Good breakfasts.

I like the location in a quiet neighborhood with a convenience store a couple doors down. The apartment is a cute studio, which I wanted and is cozy and comfy. The futon is a nice piece in case I have company.
