We arrived very late but were warmly welcomed by the owners. Initially, we booked a basic room but were shown all the available options upon arrival. Given that we were only staying for a few hours and needed to wake up at 5 am for a scheduled hot air balloon ride, we decided to upgrade to a mid-range room. The owner noticed how much we loved the premium room with its terrace and views of both the Sun and Moon pyramids. Seeing how exhausted we were, they generously offered us a complimentary upgrade. The location is excellent, being very close to the pyramids and companies offering hot air balloon rides. Additionally, they provide breakfast on the premises and have guarded parking. I would highly recommend Villa Victoria to anyone seeking a relaxing and seamless experience.

The lovely heated pool and the movable gas fireplace table made the outdoor facilities wonderful even with chilly nights. The hot water was plentiful (not always the case in Mexico) and the rooms were large and clean.
