The cute rooms were clean, with each room having its own WIFI code (good speed). Air conditioner worked great, and we stayed cool. Safes are in each room. The kitchen had a stove top, refrigerator, enough dishes/utensils for 2 along with a coffee maker with coffee and homemade cookies!

The condo was fairly new and well appointed. It was decorated nicely. The bathrooms and kitchen had all supplies/necessities you would need. The beds were very comfortable. There’s a in unit laundry room if needed.

Quiet, clean, a few blocks from medano? Beach, walking distance (1mile) to all the hot spots, gated community, security was very kind and helpful, host (Laura) was extremely attentive to our needs, pictures on listing match what we saw when entering the apartment.
It was all as described. I did not use the pool facilities, and not sure where it was, I did not ask and the host also did not provide any info on that, the apartment is spacious, has a nice terrace (view is not the best tho).
It has elevator and parking slot which is a big plus. The condo is new , got the feeling it was a safe area, calm.
I travel a lot and avoid air bnb type condos at all times but took a chance on this place because I didn’t want to be locked in a resort and not experience the city. I was thoroughly impressed by how nice and spacious the apartment was and the location and view were perfect. Highly recommend this condo. Only stayed for 3 days but will come back again and book a longer stay
Beautiful location, really quiet and peaceful which is unique in Cabo. Facilities were fantastic, like your own studio apartment, really spacious and clean everything works really well
Staff professionalism like Monses and Christina is exemplary.We took Grayline to apartment from airport cost only $30/person and we realize that using Uber near this accomodation is convenient to Chileon and El Medano beaches not necessarily using taxi or using car rentals.Good to go to local Soriano Hypermart instead of going to Walmart from this accomodation,10 mins by Uber,safe.Should try the chocolate clams,very local.
The roof top area and it's view was phenomenal.
The whole apartment was very clean and we'll equipped.
The marina is only 15-20 minutes walking away.
The parking was also perfect for our rental car.
