Excellent stay..highly recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect...next to coffee shop, close to restaurants and a couple blocks from shopping area with Walmart and Sam's Club, around the corner from bank atm and OXXO convenience store. Hotel also has supply store to buy water and snacks. Has laundry area (though some machines were out of order or in need of cleaning) but they worked. Room was spacious and CLEAN. Staff was constantly cleaning hallways, rooms, etc. Spotless! Room has kitchenette though no pots and pans or cutlery, just good size fridge, stove top and microwave. Great Wi-Fi!! We were on 3rd floor (there is elevator) and our Wi-Fi was fantastic. Safe area and secure locks on hotel lobby. We will definitely stay again. Very happy with our stay.

Right next to the elevator. Simple checkin, code entry. Wifi seemed good the little I used it. Pretty darn clean, 8 out of 10. Netflix with an English account profile. I stayed during weekdays and never heard neighbors. Nice sized mini fridge. Real coffee maker with standard sized brew basket. Small safe for valuables. Rain style shower head plus handheld head. Nice sized, large tiled shower. Not super hot but great pressure. Hair dryer included. Blackout curtains. Tall ceilings. Absolutely no cockroach sightings. (this is the first thing I check in reviews). Memory foam mattress and pillows. Fleece throw blanket (I bring my own hammock stand to hotels and literally wanted a simple fluffy blanket) Space for my hammock stand. Desk with nice swivel chair and small potted plant. Pleasant staff especially the valet/night watchman. 2 blocks from my dentist, 2 blocks from Asadero Tecolote(A great chain of taco spots, the one on Revolucion is better but nice to find this location) 3 blocks from Calimax supermarket (it's a nice larger one with great produce, cold pressed juices, food bar, bakery and huge pharmacy).

The place is overall great, modern, marble, the kitchen is perfect, and has protected parking that requires an tag to enter. José Luis (security) is amazing and was super helpful with an awesome sense of humor and is very welcoming.
