It was a hot summer and we just landed at the airport.
They had some basic things like milk, water and some refreshments already stored in the refrigerator, which was great as after reaching the unit, we didn't need to immediately head out to a supermarket to get some drinking water. That's hospitality, a rarity nowadays.
The representative from the host was there before time and patiently explained all the facilities available on the premises.
It is a two storied house, where the ground floor is provided as the unit. Although privacy is not compromised, as both the sections of the house have different entrances and parkings.
Other things like ample gated parking to easily fit an SUV, toilets with bidet, and cleanliness of the house was a great plus.
Overall this was the best accommodation we had during our stay in Mauritius.

The accommodations were perfect and walkable to Blue Bay. The owner, Sarif, was so kind and went out of his way to drive us to the best restaurant in town, Blue Bamboo, where he even secured seating on a busy night!

We rented a cosy, comfortable, and clean apartment. It is not too far from the airport or the beach, which is wonderful. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings. Additionally, the location is safe. The host, Stephan, is a very kind individual, and he was able to accommodate all of our requests. He always responded to our inquiries promptly.
The apartment is right on the beach and the views are simply gorgeous. It's very close to Blue Bay beach too, and also a quick drive to the nearest mall

The stay at Villa du Lagon was excellent. The studio is located on the main road in Blue Bay with direct access to the beach. You can also easily reach the Blue Bay Public Beach by route or a 15 minutes walk by beach.
The apartment is very comfortable. There are a little kitchen with a living space, air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom with a washing maschine and the nice terrace.
Moreover, you have the cleaning service everyday.
