The main advantage is the excellent communication with the host and the location of the apartment! It is located a little away from the center, in a cozy, quiet place with a stunning view, 1 minute to the beach on the rocks with an easy ladder down and clear water. The bus stop is around the corner, also easy to find a parking space. Cozy comfortable and very large apartment with two bathrooms, enough of everything you need in the kitchen, good wi-fi. The availability of late night check-in and fairly late check-out compared to other offers was a significant bonus.

Excellent communication with owners, met us on arrival to show us through the place. Very prompt responses with any of our queries. Spacious accommodation, comfortable bed. Aircon in lounge and bedroom and quiet. Balcony great to sit out on for morning breakfast or to view what happening around waterfront. Small clothesline which came in very handy after swims. Loved that beach towels also supplied. Close to town, bus routes and restaurants.

The apartment was large, clean and well-kept. It had everything we needed. It was a great place to spend time, but we usually spent the whole day exploring Malta. The stay went without any major problems. The location was good, close to shops and the beach. We recommend it ☺️

We travelled here for 10 days. This is our 1st Self Catering holiday and it was exceptional! We liked everything this apartment and the staff had to offer.
Clean apartment, spacious for a family of 4 if you wish to stay indoors on hot days. Penthouse has nice view of sea with a good size terrace. 3 aircos- one in each bedroom and living room. building has lift to 5th floor where penthouse is. grocery store,quick pizza shop, sea beach,airport bus stop(Noqra) all at walking distance.
The apartment was lovely, had all the essentials in there which made it easier as travelled with the backpack only. Very clean, clear instructions, Caroline was very polite and informative.
The bus that goes to Valetta is only 2-3min away, right next to the flat you can swim, food places are a few min away. I highly recommend!
The flat is great! It is equipped well everything what is needed for a day-to-day life :) It was very nice to get some coffee and food which was already in the fridge. After a flight it was nice to have some food before running to shops. The area where the flat is situated, is very good - easy to get everywhere: shops nearby, nice beach as well. It was also very easy to get the apartment keys - very clear instruction. The owner - nice and helpful every time. Me and my family had a very good time and we recommend this flat with pleasure.

We arrived late in the night and were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast in the fridge, bottle of wine, beer, lemonade, water, coffee, tea.
Plenty of toiletries, towels and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.
There were several guides about Malta and domestic rules, everything clear.
The host also suggested us a car rental, so everything was spot on. Very happy.
Charming apartment with everything contained that might be required for a self catering holiday. Christian was a good host and easy to contact. The apartment was clean, tidy and a joy to be in. Plenty spacious for the 4/5 people it sleeps. The mattresses are quite firm and that is my one and only niggle. Otherwise an exceptional place, close enough to everything in marsaskala. I had family on the other side of the bay and petunia was within 20minutes of everything I needed access to.
Everything went 100pc smoothly. Host was really helpful and responded to any messages super fast. Not sure why booking.com describe it as a ‘studio’; it’s a very good one bedroom apartment (i.e. separate bedroom). Very nicely decorated and well equipped with some nice details (washer dryer, TV you can cast to from your own device etc). Easy bus ride to Valletta (and from there anywhere). It’s about a 12 second walk from the front door to the sea-front
Everything was clean and perfect for couple.
Entire penthouse was supplied with everything that you need and everything was more than perfect.
Kitchen is provided with all the necessary things with nice and clean bathroom and big terrace.
I recommend this apartment to everyone, Alessandro as host as well, he was more than helpful and he helped us from the airport till our last day at Malta.
