I visited Malta for the first time and here I found a beautiful country, friendly people and a big, clean, welcoming house with absolutely everything you need in a house. Close to transportation and the airport. Quiet area. We felt like home and we will definitely come back.

We are very disappointed with our stay at Talbot Suites Luqa. The kitchenette was ill-equiped, and we slept terribly.
We chose the suite because it was described as having a "fully equipped kitchenette" and we wanted to cook for ourselves. If I had known that this would not be possible, I would have saved money and got a hotel room near restaurants instead. Serious inventory of the kitchen needs to be taken. There were no cooking utensils (spatulas, wooden spoons, kitchen knives, oven gloves). There were no cleaning supplies (washing up sponge, dish soap, surface spray). In my opinion, salt & pepper, and oil also could have been provided. This made cooking and cleaning up after ourselves extremely difficult.
It was almost impossible to sleep. Other guests were incredibly noisy in the early hours of the morning - shouting in the common area. Cleaners were also very noisy and disruptive as they moved around the building and vacuumed before 8am. Before booking, we should have been made aware of the extensive road works happening nearby - we were kept awake by a consistent drilling noise as early as 7am. This alongside the constant ringing of the church bells and the noise of other guests was unbearable. Had I known about these disruptions, we would have stayed elsewhere. We chose Talbot Suites because we wanted to be well rested before our flight today - instead we are completely exhausted.
It has also been poorly cleaned, there was a lot of dust and fluff under the bed.
Ultimately, we found our stay at Talbot Suites to be not as advertised - We did not get what we paid for.

Perfect location, right on the seaside promenade. Sunrise from the bed in the morning ( see my actual photo ), plenty of good eat-out places right on the street at night. Also, easy to park, which is a challenge in Malta.. The apartment is fresh, nicely done, and just the right size for two. The host is very nice too. Highly recommended!

Our apartment was super clean, quiet and very close to the airport. We arrived in the middle of the night; it was only a 20 min walk to the apartment. Self check-in was super easy.
Host's directions and instructions were really understandable and useful. Also, there was a kettle in the apartment, as well as coffee, tea, drinking water and welcome snacks. The experience was super pleasant and definitely a memorable one.
I liked absolutely everything, the penthouse is very comfortable and spacious and cosy, there is everything you need for relaxation. The owner of the apartment gave all the necessary instructions on how to get into the apartment and was always in touch.

The apartment was bigger than expected. Great for a family of 6. Handy location to airport. Host was great to deal with and very accommodating with our requests.
Malta during the tourist season is overbooked with a lot of tourists in the bigger cities. I decided to stay in Luqa to be in a quiet town- which is well connected with the bus network to all the places I had planned to visit. This flat is perfect for a holiday with all the facilities and connections to the places to be visited. There is a Lidl supermarket closeby as well if that is important to you.
I loved the rustic aesthetic and the exposed brick. It really is picturesque. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well fitted. It’s a great studio apartment. Complimentary toiletries and slippers were provided. Along with adaptors. Very close to the airport. Very flexible host

Flat is very spatious and comfortable. Interior design is very modern and adjusted to needs of every traveler. Host are really nice and gave us good tips.
PS- Positive advantage of the stay is that hosts accepted our luggage before and after check in time in apartment, so we could travel around Island without burden of our suitcases
The host met me and handed over the keys. The apartment had everything I needed, including toiletries and essential arrival items like coffee, water, some snacks etc. It is a very comfortable and ample studio apartment.
