The place is very quiet, the green garden invites you to relax, rooms are clean and comfortable (we booked the apartment for 4 people).

local market street close by foot. main street ivato-antanarivo 5 minutes by foot with a lot of good restaurants ( by night better to take taxi or ask the
manager mr parfait who can drive you for small fee). just perfekt for short stay close to the airport.
Very close to the airport (1,2 - 1,5 km). They also have a airport shuttle for 3,25 - 4 E/pers, and a car rental (including driver) for a reasonable price. (~160.000 Ar, ~35/day + the Diesel). You could visit Antananarivo or some other attractions in the area (a quite close lemur park, a crocodile farm etc.).
The owners are very welcoming and warm. The apartment I stayed in had a good view. It was cold but there was a heater. Well equipped and furnished. Communication from the facility was prompt and the transport was on time. I likes the close proximity to the airport for someone in transit.
