It was so lovely to be so close to the sea, beach and surrounding beaches. The location was lovely as it is much quieter than the big towns.

The apartment is roomy and beautifully decorated. Building has a lift to get suitcases up. Yay! Kitchen well equipped and there is a balcony with some sea view that is perfect for breakfast in particular ( it has a lounge but no dining table and chairs). Extra towels were appreciated. Can walk along the coves and beaches to Sveti Stefan and this was beautiful but it was not peak time so not all beaches might be free in summer(may be for hotel guests only as one beach you had to pay to go on). Water is so gorgeous. Supermarket nearby for some supplies. Very helpful host. Local bus available to Budva. This area is fairly small and quiet but we loved it. Also undercover secure parking was a real bonus!

Excellent location as morning swims involved a short 2 min walk down steps to the small local beach and you could dry off after a beach shower on the way back. The small cafe's and bars were equally close. The walk through the pine woods to the Queen and King beaches on the way to Sveti Stefan was perfect and really made our visit here, this is generally a quieter beaches and the area needs to be preserved as it has a lot of history. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and the fresh pastries were a lovely touch. The covered "patio" was really good and a cooler place for chats and breakfast.

Horrible,, worst experience ever, i have slept in caves with less mould and more ventilation. The is dank and mould (covered by a fresh coat of paint) everywhere. We walked in to the aircon being on super strong and cold, to realise this was in order to disguise the smell. Loads of room scents was also used to cover up the smell of damp. When inside it is hard to breath as all you smell is mould. Could not sleep on the bed, so tried the couch with the door and window wide open, nothing helped. Even got up and slept in the car for 3 hours to try and get ready. Coughed the whole night in the apartment and struggled to breathe because of the air. Also coughed continuosly for a solid half an hour, at least, when I got up in the morning. It is unbelievable that someone can rent out a place like this in such a bad state. Location is good. flat is fitted out, parking available. but this mould and damp is unacceptable

While I don’t typically write reviews for my stays, this is one of those times where I absolutely felt compelled to share my experience. What an incredible time! Where do I even begin?
The building is very conveniently located next to the main street. Upon entering, the owner greeted us, introduced himself, and gave us extensive information, providing a very warm welcome to Budva. Without him, I don’t know what we would have done in terms of finding our way around. He was extremely informative regarding everything—the beaches to visit, the attractions to see, and the best places to eat. It was a pleasure staying with him throughout our time in Budva.
As for the rooms, they were absolutely fantastic. Considering that free parking was included, this made our stay even more wonderful. The environment felt safe, homely, and luxurious. The rooms were very well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped, with shops and a restaurant both nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic visit to Budva. An amazing stay!

Quiet and cozy apartment, 5-10 mins walk to 2 great beaches on Sveti Stefan. On Booking there was no oven mentioned when booking the apartment, but when we arrived I was happy the oven was there. Hosts just read my mind :)

The hotel is brand new, with the fantastic view on the sea, the staff was extremely kind and helpful and always in a good mood. The apartment was clean and there is even a pool for some relaxation time. I really enjoyed the food as well. Even though I came on a very short notice, everything was done in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this place and will surely visit again soon!
Apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed for our vacation. Alen was great and very accommodating. Another great thing about this property is that you have your own parking spot in a covered garage.
