I've stayed at this apartment and location for the third time now. The accommodations are spacious and equipped with everything you need: beds, sofas, WC, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, coffee machine, and more. The view of the open sea is beautiful, and the beach is directly below the apartment. The restaurants in Luštica Bay offer good quality at reasonable prices. There is now also a Voli supermarket, so you no longer have to shop outside of Luštica Bay Marina as before. The hill is steep, but the free buggy service works smoothly through a WhatsApp group, and the wait time is usually no longer than 3-4 minutes. The garage space was spacious, and at 10 EUR per day, the price is very fair.

Excellent location. Minimarket/shop very near and walking distance to the Tivat down town. We felt our self very welcome and communication was very fast and our questions were answered rapidly. Also, car rental was very easy and there was parking slot available for the rent a car as well.

The location of Rose is so perfect and the apartment was too! The host was so kind and went out of his way to help us get to Dubrovnik. We were so thankful for his help. The view from the window was stunning right onto the water and it was so nice to hear the waves at night.
Such a spacious apartment with a spectacular view in a location that couldn’t be better. Super clean and comfortable with outdoor areas to relax in as well.. or sip that afternoon wine. 🍷 Host checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was free to offer advice whenever I needed it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Very lovely and charming place to stay! A bit remotely located, but you get peaceful and quiet surroundings to enjoy in return. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Nice and well maintained pool. Good breakfast. Nice diner.
Very clean apartment, it literally had anything you could think of. We only stayed a night. The beach is 7-8 by walk, there's a market close by as well. There's also a small pool for the residents. The couple who owns the building were friendly and nice.
The location of the studio we booked was perfect, offering easy access to the marina promenade and great seaview.
The girl who greeted us was nice, on time and explained to us everything necessary about the apartment, heating, wifi and how to get around.
We arrived around 2pm and it was great that she told us that the supermarket at the promenade had a winter schedule and was closing at 5pm, so we managed to get a few things we needed for the weekend before it closed.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.
