While I don’t typically write reviews for my stays, this is one of those times where I absolutely felt compelled to share my experience. What an incredible time! Where do I even begin?
The building is very conveniently located next to the main street. Upon entering, the owner greeted us, introduced himself, and gave us extensive information, providing a very warm welcome to Budva. Without him, I don’t know what we would have done in terms of finding our way around. He was extremely informative regarding everything—the beaches to visit, the attractions to see, and the best places to eat. It was a pleasure staying with him throughout our time in Budva.
As for the rooms, they were absolutely fantastic. Considering that free parking was included, this made our stay even more wonderful. The environment felt safe, homely, and luxurious. The rooms were very well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped, with shops and a restaurant both nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic visit to Budva. An amazing stay!

The apartment was nice and well-kept. It has a big balcony and is conveniently located near Budva Old Town and the city beach. The apartment has private parking behind the building, but it comes at an extra cost.

All good. We had room 4 on the topfloor with balcony to city/sea. Perfect room with nice AC and larger room. All seems to be rather newbuilt, we were suprised to find a nice lift up to the topfloor. Useful, since there is a short hill up to Medin. Large parking with good spaces. Nice to have, since there is a rather expensive parking fee almost everywhere you go.
The family that runs this place is very nice. Add breakfast to your holiday, everything you need is there. Fresh bread every morning.
I can recommend room 4, very good. Quiet and private.

Great location for exploring Budva old town. Very clean and tidy. Accommodated us leaving luggage early in the day and our room was also ready early. Easy to find with good clear instructions.
Be prepared - window is right above the beach bar so you can hear music late into the night - I had an early start next day so Earplugs worked a treat.

Nice apartments close to beach, Sveti Stefan and several nice restaurants. The pool is an absolute plus to cool down, also the large balcony with a great view we appreciated very much. We also took use of the breakfast service provided.
