The owner and host, Peter, is very helpful, kind and gave us lots of useful information about Kotor and surrounds. The apartment was well-equipped, modern and the view from the pool is amazing. Getting taxis around Kotor can be challenging, but the host was happy to assist with contact information to arrange transport. Traffic jams also seem to be a constant nightmare in these parts, allow yourself plenty of time when planning to get to the airport..
It's a short walk to- and from town centre, I do recommend packing a decent pair of shoes if you choose to do so.

The building's greatest asset is its location. Close to the beach (about 30 m, it is not steep. The nearest beach is small, gravel and grass. There are many small beaches in the area. There was no problem with the place. These are wild beaches, so there are no umbrellas, toilet, shower); close to the old town of Kotor (you can get there on bicycles borrowed from the hosts - you clip on at the gate to the entrance of the old town; easy route - almost flat along the sea. Cab or walk to get there. You can also go by car. There are some parking lots, but there is a traffic jam and it is a waste of time). There are good restaurants next door and a small market very close by. You already have to get to a larger store by car. The apartment is clean. The view from the apartment (second floor) wonderful. Wifi in the apartment working well. There is a parking lot on site. At full occupancy it will be cramped, but probably cars will fit.

The apartment was exactly as the photos on booking, spacious, decorated with taste, fully equipped kitchen and all other appliances that one house need. I enjoyed the most balcony and terrace with pool with beautiful view on Kotor Bay.
Great view, great host, great location. The parking is available and close to the apartment. The rooms are big and clean, and everything is in great condition.
Excellent apartment in a very picturesque location. All the facilities you could ever wish for such as a dishwasher, air con etc. Amazing pool, not too far from the beach. Fantastic restaurant at the bottom. Olga the apartment manager was an outstanding host. Probably best enjoyed with a car rental as at the top of a steep hill.
