Jan-Cansu was a wonderful host and she helped us with everything we needed. All the staff were terrific and friendly. Amazing value for money (off season at least). The place was clean, beautiful modern design, with nice views. Fully functional kitchen and a washer in the room (drying rack in the balcony)! We asked for extra supplies such as sponge and were immediately given one. Comfortable bed (although it's a spring mattress so it squeaks), air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV had an HDMI cable so we could watch movies from our laptop, which was awesome. We got a free shuttle (one way) to the airport, which was very helpful. I would advise that the studio apartment and bed were small and there's no elevator, and this place requires a car to get to/from since it isn't close to anything, and requires good driving skills. We were fine with all of this, but it might not be suitable to everybody.

Perfect location looking at the bay. Short walk from the old town and couple of beaches. Host was very welcoming and helpful, even drove us back to the airport. Can't recommend Palma enough!
