Ayoub is an amazing host. He helped us with everything we needed and took care of all our needs. When we needed advise about Essaouira or surroundings he helped us out. He got us a table at a popular restaurant, through a friend of his who works there. He also checked for us if the roads we would take after visiting Essaouira were open, which was great help.
The location for us was the best; it’s a quiet neighbourhood where you can sleep really nice, it has some little shops around, but is not in the busy medina. The beach is about 10ish minutes walking and the medina about 15-20 minutes. But you can also easily take a taxi close to the house, which will cost you only 8 dirham to get to the medina (less than 80 euro cents!), which we did in the evenings with our little child.

Top floor flat with 3 flights of stairs to reach it through well maintained, secure, and clean stairwell. Large terrace that looks South over a large expanse of trees and bushes towards distant hills. Sun is on the terrace from early morning until early evening and is not overlooked by other properties. At night the terrace doors and windows can be left open for ventilation and there were no noises heard. The flat is on the edge of the built up area of town, approx 1.5k from the old town which can be reached by a 20 minute walk, half of which can be done along the beach. We had a car and there was free parking outside in the street- during our 48hrs stay we never had to park more than 20m from the g/f entry door.
The Carrefour supermarket is located only 200m away and can be seen from the terrace, very useful for stocking up for self catering and there is a large table and benches on the terrace as well as a table and chairs in the dining area.
The owner was extremely helpful and responsive but at the same time not too intrusive.
The flat is tastefully furnished and decorated.

Everything was good , the same pictures you will find out in the villa , Kamal very kind person helpful, we ask about pillows and immediately he went to the market and buy 5 for is , internet is good , the villa near to the beach 6 mn walking

Best place I have stayed in Morocco, really friendly guys that work there, clean and nice place to chill. Near to the beach, Discounted surf lessons and rental so It was hard for me to leave.
I also left my passport there and Ahmed sent it up with the bus the next morning, so I didn't have to take the long journey back. cheers guys
The location near to the beach is great. The roof top terrace has a nice view towards the ocean. The whole atmosphere was very cosy in the apartment. The price is great for what you get.
The staff were very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, they were very helpful in providing directions and the best surf rental. They have a swimming pool that was very well kept and the rooms were very spacious.
the beds were soooo comfortable and the place was beyond clean. I had a huge dinner one night with everyone together and ended up meeting a couple of decent guy and had some great conversations. After that met some austrians with whom I played some crazy card game with, was alot of fun. The dicount on the surf rental gear from the brother of the manager was very practicle and used the offer a few times. Breakfast was also good, though could be a bit cheaper.
Pauline is a fantastic host. Looks after the guests very well. The location itself feels middle of nowhere but there is a short cut to travel towards Essaouira which is new road. It may be worth letting people know to travel from Essaouira to Sidi Kaouki to easily get to the property.
