This modern apartment was fully equipped with all the things you needed in an apartment such as a good washing machine, clothes drying rack, utensils and plates/bowls for food. It is conveniently located on a main road and only walking distance from the Hassan II Mosque. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are fantastic. The reception is kind and the host was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

We had a long layover in Casablanca and our stay at the apartment was absolutely exceptional! The host contacted us prior to the stay to confirm our stay and give details about check in. Upon arrival at the airport our taxi driver was a little unsure on location, I called the host and he was able to clearly tell the taxi driver exactly where to go and we arrived with no problems. The host was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment building is gated with security. He showed us into the building gave clear instructions on getting into the building and gave us a tour of the apartment. The space is exactly as the name says Chic and Cozy. It is so beautiful and comfortable! The host went above and beyond to make us comfortable; they provided so many extra touches (tea, coffee, bottled water, snacks, breakfast items for the next day) We felt right at home right away! The apartment is spacious and the rooms are very comfortable! The Wifi worked great, Tv was available with Netflix's which was great after a long day. The area surrounding is very walkable with several shops/restaurants and close to a main road to grab a taxi. The next day our son woke up not feeling well, I messaged the host about the situation, he graciously allowed us to check out late to give him time to rest before our flight, he also told us he had medicine at the apartment that we were free to give him. We can't say enough wonderful things about the apartment and the host!

Very helpful host who met us at the property, walked us to a spot for dinner and arranged for a 3am taxi to the airport for us.
This apartment is spacious and a great location for walking to the mosque and Medina. Great views from the rooftop!

Spacious, clean. A little tricky to find based on GPS. Looks like it’s on the highway. Safe area, gated community. Parking lot in the garage is tight to navigate, even with smaller car. Food is close. Comfortable space.

Very well equipped apartment in Rabat for those who like to have a whole flat while travelling. The host is very responsive, speaks perfect English and is generally super helpful. Highly recommend staying there!

Nice room in flatshare close to the seaside and the main mosque. Linked well with public transport to the city centre. Mattress was good, area is quiet and one could sleep well. Standard of the apartment is nice. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Good communication.
A very comfortable, clean and modern apartment. The washing machine was a bonus! A few minutes walk to the tram stop (a direct line to the medina and/or train station Casa Voyageurs).
The apartment was right in front of Hassan II Mosque and had a nice view of the ocean, exactly as shown in the pictures. We only stayed one night and it had everything we needed for such a short stay (including iron and ironing board as well as coffee and water). The host was very kind and waited for us at the check-in time (after 3pm). The apartment had everything that it advertises, clean and tidy.
The host upgraded our simple apartment to a two bedrooms flat. For free!
Location is awesome: view to the Mosque Hassan II from balcony.
