Spacious, modern apartment with excellent cooking facilities. Plenty of parking space. Grocery shop near the house. The apartment is not exactly in the very centre of Smiltene, but the town is quite small, so everything is easily reachable by foot. The apartment is not on the ground floor (3rd or 4th floor I think), there is no elevator in the building - this might be a consideration for some guests. Overall - great stay!
The apartment is fully fit-out with all you can possibly require for short and long stay - all appliances, some basic supplies for cooking, tea and coffee machine with capsules... We were pleasantly surprised on arrival as we were not expecting much from such type of building.
The flat is clean, renovated and easily accessible.
There are three rooms with the place to sleep for two in each.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has some store cupboard ingredients.
We adore the fact the beds are extra long.
