Good hot shower, free toiletries in good amount. Kitchen equipped for basic cooking (electric stove), plates and cutlery provided, also some oil. Fridge, tea-kettle, some bags of tea and coffee. Bottled water was provided, or could be bought in the nearby shop (tap water did not seem good for drinking). Sleeping on sofa was not the favorite part of the stay for me, but wasn't horrible either. Kolka is modest size village, so everything is walking distance anyway, but having supermarket right next door was handy - basic food for a few days could be bought, if you want variety of fruit etc bring from the big cities. Smoked fish can be bought in the village. The view on the old church was nice. Forest right behind the house, sea a small walk on the other side of road. For foreign visitors, a cultural bonus: a chance to see soviet planning of living space (with some improvements). Certainly good value.

The location is very tranquil, very nice beach 5 min walk, very nice apartment, cozy, spacious, very clean, modern.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The location of this apartment is great — really close to Cape Kolka and just off the beach in Kolka. The apartment itself is comfortable, and having a kitchen for a couple of days on my travels was nice to be able to cook for myself.
A note on accessibility: this apartment is on the second floor of an older apartment building with only steps (no elevator).
The kitchen had a lot of different sauce pans, frying pans, all the necessary tools one might need for cooking. It had also drinking water. Very nice plates and utensils. Nothing was cheap. Table top electric hob is hidden in one of many kitchen cabinets, it took few minutes to find it.
The flat had a very lovely design, different small details that made us feel as if we were visiting someone’s flat. There was also a huge TV. Designated parking space for one car.
The apartments are newly furnished, the entire interior is new, fresh and tastefully decorated. There is a large plot of land near the house, which is well separated from the neighbors. The owners had provided everything for grilling - outdoor grill, charcoal, liquid, matches and tools. The kitchen was very well equipped, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, etc. were available. After 60 meters there is a wonderful beach with sand.
Super cozy and homey apartment. Tasteful attention to detail, we felt like at home, loved the style of it. All the necessities available for a long or short stay. Host very reactive by messages. Prime location. Would recommend !
The apartment was equipped with everything needed. The only missing thing was the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately the water in the shower and bathroom was not really warm and smelled of metal…. I assume the flat was not used for a longer time.
