1. Huge apartment, very clean (I would say it's perfect for 2 adults + 1 small kid or 2 adults+ 2 kids). Looks just like the pictures.
2. Kids room with a slide (the main reason I booked here). My 3 yo loved this room, didn't want to go home anymore.
3. Very well equipped with everything one might need (salt, sugar, tea, all sorts of kitchenware, cleaning products, toiletries, hair dryer, straightener, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc).
4. Ground floor (perfect if you have a stroller).
5. Very quiet.
6. Beautiful location with parks close by (2-5 min walk), Italian restaurant in the same building, coffeehouse that also serves breakfast across the street, supermarket Maxima (10 min walk).
7. Close to center: just 12-15 min walk, half of which trough a park. We had a 3 yo and a stroller and walked everywhere.
8. Good communication with host.
