This is an idyllic little retreat tucked away from the main thoroughfare. A lovely cabin which feels like it's immersed in the jungle, with views through the trees of the surrounding countryside and the sounds of the birds. The owner was very helpful and communicative before we got to the property. He picked us up from the train station late at night, and arranged transportation for us after eating dinner back to the property. The location is a little bit outside of the main town area which was good for us, nice and quiet at night. Every morning we got a huge breakfast made by the owner which was customizable depending on your own taste. He can help book drivers to different spots around the area. Good value for the money.

We stayed here last minute and boy was it a treat! We rescued a kitten from a temple, had no idea what to do with her but after a little intro, the hosts daughter, Isha quickly fell in love with her and decided to keep her. The rooms were beautiful and the temperature was cool due to being in the mountains. The breakfast was amazing and most importantly the people!! Our hosts are incredible human beings. If your in Ella, this is a must stay!

A very nice short stay here. Thomasha is a lovely, honest and genuine man. Was great talking to his wife as well. Very comfortable room with mosquito net over the bed. Towel and toilet paper was provided. 15 minute walk from the bus station and place next door to have breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here.
