Well equipped apartment with all the necessities: a cozy bedroom, kitchenette, additional items such as salt & pepper, detergent soap, washing powder & liquids made the stay quite easier and quite comfortable. I really enjoyed all the facilities and extended my stay by another week due to the convenience of the location. This is my second stay at the Paramount Residence.

I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation from September 13th to September 28th, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The hosts, Priyanga and Dimuthu, were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was not only clean but also a good size, providing ample space to relax. The bathroom was equally spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I truly appreciated how well the kitchen was arranged; it was convenient and made cooking easy. The fridge and microwave were particularly useful for storing and preparing meals. Additionally, I felt very secure during my entire stay, which added to my comfort. Overall, I genuinely felt as though I was living in my own home rather than just a rented room. It was very Close to the main road and easily accessible. The property itself is very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Air-conditioning, beds, kitchen equipment, or very easy to use. I would recommend this flat for a couple or a small family. Loved the interior decorations. Really nice and hospitable host.
