It is probably the best place for families. Spacious apartments, clean and comfortable, with all you need for your stay in trinco.
The pool is very good and the beach is amazing, so the location is really great.
You can have you meals in the nearby moon isle restaurant which is amazing.
All in all, we had the best time!

Stayed for 2 nights. There was ample parking. Easy access and seems they had a generator for power failures. Onsite restaurant had room service and the meals we had (dinner and breakfast was very good)
There's an empty property between the restaurant and the rooms. So not convenient to go to it. But they have room service so it wasn't an issue at all.

This was our favorite place to stay in Sri Lanka. The property is well-furnished, clean, and spacious. The appliances, WiFi, and air conditioning work great. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Showers have good pressure, hot water, and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook gourmet meals. The balcony is enormous and overlooks the ocean. You can easily walk to the beach, which isn't very crowded (at least in March). A great scuba diving center is next door. You have access to a clean pool. The condos have a good onsite restaurant - not a long wait when we visited, and prices are average compared to the 8 places we stayed in Sri Lanka. Staff is very helpful and friendly with check-in and check-out.

We were lucky with apartment 3-1-1 l. This one was amazing, clean , balcony with pool/sea view. So almost perfect.
The pool and beach is absolutely amazing. All apartments have different owners so the staff can't do much about it. Our wifi never worked for example. And downstairs they don't provide wifi.
The location (right on Nilaveli beach), the amenities available at the flat, the comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements - way too many things to capture! The host initiated and maintained an open channel of communication from booking through our stay, sending very helpful information on location, getting there, check-in process, local shops and restaurants, etc. The manager and the staff are all very competent and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort.
The pool and the gardens were nice and clean. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but got a 3 bedroom with very nice view over the pool. Condos are very big and were clean when we got there. Beds were very comfortable.
Food in the restaurant is ok.

Beach is just in front of the condo, few steps and you are at the pool and a few more step and you are at the beautiful Nilaveli Beach. Highly recommend this place.
The Appartement looks new and is clean. We were 4 people, but all 3 bedrooms were opened. The apartment was a good change to all the home stays in Sri Lanka, with a lot of privacy. The contact with the owner was fast and easy. In the neigbourhood there were in April almost no restaurants opened. The breakfast at the hotel was good. Uppuveli with restaurants is 20min per tuktuk away. The beach in front of the condo is beautiful and empty. A diving school is close by.
Pigeon island is close by. There you can snorkel with turtles and sharks!!
A perfect weekend destination specially for families, we booked the 2 bedroom apartment in condos for our family weekend trip to trincomale. Amazing hotel with fully equipped kitchen, beach front, amazing pool & great staffs. The hotel location isn’t far from Main Street & we will visit again, highly recommended
