Nice Apartment with an amazing view of sri lankans beautiful nature, perfect to calm down. A river is passing near by where you can take a swim. The owner and her family are super nice, heartwarming people, the food is delicious- we would definitely recommend this place!
Laura was an excellent host who, with her colleagues, kindly welcomed us and looked after us well during our short stay. Great location and amazing views from the pool. Our room had hot water and a nice balcony. There was refillable water available which was a great option. They accommodated our request for an early breakfast and organised a tuk tuk to the train station which we were grateful for.
The forest setting is absolutely amazing. The journey along the road itself is a once in a lifetime experience! It is pretty remote but if you are prepared it is well worth the effort. There are self catering facilities so we cooked for ourselves but the hotel will get food delivered in for you with a bit of notice if you prefer. The staff were very helpful - they helped us organise a fab rafting trip and a taxi to our next destination.
