Location was great. Very convenient. Its in close proximity to city center and night attractions. The balcony offered an amazing view of the Colombo cityscape. The facilities are good. They had a kitchen and a lovely living area. They have one parking slot in the 1st floor. For people looking to make a meal, they have a cargills food city express mart in the ground floor.
The hosts also own a restaurant 'Gentz' that's walking distance from the apartment complex. We were able to get foods delivered to our doorstep. Food was superb. Recommend trying the menu out.
Lastly, many thanks to Gihan who coordinated our stay. Very co-operative and friendly.

I had an amazing two-day stay at the villa in Holidays Home, Ragama, Sri Lanka. The villa was impeccably clean and offered a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available within minutes to assist with any needs. The homemade Sri Lankan food provided was absolutely delicious, adding a special touch to the experience. I truly enjoyed my time there and would love to return for my next vacation. Highly recommended!

We found Squire Condo during an emergency visit to Colombo and we found it’s ideal for family to spend time on a holiday or other visit.
The place is very clean and tidy, amenities are very new and were supported all our needs.
The neighbourhood is very calm, quiet and peaceful. The owner himself was available to support for all our needs, very friendly and respectful individual. He facilitated our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend to any looking for temporary accommodation.

Location wise it's excellent. 5 minutes proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping etc.
Although when initially booked it was clearly stated "No Internet" the host's son who lives on the ground floor very graciously shared his internet service with me and after a couple of days I was provided with my own router. My sister who booked the apartment right next door was provided with a router too. I very much appreciate that gesture.
