I didn’t expect the property to have a full equipped kitchen, and I was pleasantly surprised. The studio consists of three rooms: bedroom bathroom and the kitchen, which is very convenient. And the free airport pick up and drop off is also very handy. The host was super nice and on time to pick me up and drop off.

Staffs were very helpful and supportive.good parking facility. Enjoyed barbeque chicken with srilankan traditional wine. Had a bath in beach that was amazing. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. I felt like the apartment situated in a hub. Because all places like negombo, fish market and beaches, airport, Colombo portcity , super markets, bank and atm machines are very easy to travel from the apartment. Totally this apartment is really a good value for the money. Definitely I'll book this apartment again.

Ceylon guest house is located in Katunayaka, just 21 miles from Khan Clock Tower and 24 miles from Bambalapitiya Railway Station. With free private parking, the property is 8.8 miles from St.
Property is in great proximity to the airport, however a little far from any restaurants etc. The staff are lovely and breakfast was great. Such good value for money. They offered us SIM cards & tuktuk rental but we already had these.
It is a big apartment with all that you need.
And it have doors to separate the kitchen, bathroom and bed room. And the location is nice because you are near the airport but you have restaurants and shops arround the hotel. And Sebastian is very kind.
Ideal location and easy to get quickly to from the airport after long flights. Was 200m from the Tuktuk Rental pick up depot so after a nice breakfast was only a 5 minute stroll to get our three wheeler. Host partners were very nice and we chatted with them a little.
Perfect place when you need to be near the airport .

Excellent host, very easy to communicate with and reliable. The apartment is well equipped with toiletries, water, beer and snacks, and comfortable. No mosquitos! Very short journey from the airport and walking distance to tuktukrental.com main office to collect our trusty steed.
Wonderful place. The owner, his wife and friend really helped me out when my mobile phone stopped working. They went out of their way to get it fixed. The hotel is outstanding with clean and modern apartments in the heart of a jungle area. I totally recommend this place
The location of the apartment is great. Close to the airport and Tuktukrental. The apartment is fully equipped and you get a free transfer to the airport at anytime you want. Would definitely recommend!
