I loved that we had a whole flat and not only a room. We had 2 air conditioners that worked very well. We had 2 television sets, one for the room and one in the lounge. The bathroom with warm water was nice. The host got food for us on request, although expensive.

There was no stove top when we arrived but they quickly brought one for us. Wi fi worked properly. Air con was fab!
Lovely hotel located a short distance to the city. We were allocated a very large apartment with a separate kitchen and lounge area and an outdoor spa tub. The swimming pool was appreciated as the weather was hot. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Special thanks to the supervisor at reception for all his extra assistance.
I can give a honest opposite of the above comments that I said what I didn't like. But I would like this place to improve and be much more better by taking the above comments as a feedback.

Very clean, modern house and the family is very nice and super friendly. They made you feel welcome and helped with finding my way around Jaffna by letting me know bus times etc to go to Nainathive. Shared some puja food as well and it was a great experience. They also made sure that tea is available before I left even though it was super early morning. Thank you very much for your hospitality and would love to come back!
Characterful villa in an ideal location for accessing the main attractions in Jaffna. Great to have a kitchen for self catering and the staff are always on hand to help.
Brilliant for short stay. Very clean cosy and comfortable establishment with the loveliest manager Vijay and his team. Made us feel thoroughly welcome and our stay that much more memorable.
The hosts are super helpfull in recommending and organising things to do. They offer laundry service and scooter rental for really good prices. The breakfast is cheap and very good. Many places to sit at a table or relaxed chair. Wifi works.
We had a great time, where the staff went above and beyond for our needs with delicious local breakfast, many great recommendations, and scooter rental. A great location near the Nallur Temple and good restaurants.
