We had a fantastic time at Sri Lanka Villa. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and safe. It is possible to walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
The owner Upul was also there for two days and gave us a very warm welcome. Also the caretaker Vijith is a super nice and helpful person. We'll happily visit again!

It’s the second time I have stayed in his apartment and I hope I’ll repeat again.
We a family with 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights. Hosts were very good, specially Morgan who was ready to assist anytime we rang him. Situated in a very convenient location. Apartment was clean and managed by a hotel operator. Gym and pool access are provided to the visitors, but if ladies wish to take a dip in the pool, wearing a swimming hat is a must. Luckily my daughter had one, else the caretaker wouldn't allow her to jump in. Special thanks to Morgan, thank you mate for taking care of us like family.
The apartment was spot on. It was really worth the money spent. There was a big rooftop garden and had a nice 180 degrees view from the rooftop. The kitchen had new and properly functioning fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, infrared cooker, plates, cutlery etc. Landlord was really nice to provide a rice cooker when we requested one. Had everything necessary for a short stay even a washing machine. It’s a little cute house.

Since the moment we arrived the staff made everything they could to make our life easier. Ravi and Chandi are wonderful, they gave us many tips and were very professional. You can feel they like what they do. They had many details such as letting us choosing the music, offering a welcome drink… The location is in the historical part of the city so it has been perfect for us to visit for a short stay. Breakfast and dinner were good.
Very close to the heart of the city and a convenient location: nice clean rooms and living/ dining areas and kitchen. You get the entire apartment with all cooking utensils and even a washing machine as well.
