The house was perfect, and had everything we needed. The owner, was so helpful and made our stay very comfortable. It's a bit outside of Hikkaduwa. So it's quite and peaceful, the beach is very close and beautiful.

The location is great, quiet and serene on the banks of the lagoon. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and with air-conditioning.
We enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast - hoppers and freshly prepared juices, teas, and coffees.
We also enjoyed the tasty home cooked Sri Lankan dinners that we decided to try a number of times during our stay!
The hosts are both lovely and accommodating. If you need anything during your stay just let them know and they'll help you out as much as they can.

Everything, the apartment was so clean and spacious. We loved having the flexibility of a kitchen to be able to prepare some food and drinks. The location is great, 5 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants. The owners are lovely and helpful, making our stay very comfortable.

Great location for quiet introverts. Wonderful intelligent host family, who imperceptibly make your vacation perfect. Beautiful and tasty breakfast serving. Kitchen have all necessary equipment, Wi-Fi and A/C works good - just remember that you are on the island, and consume water and electricity responsibly.
Considering that is 2nd line, you can hear a lot of natural and artificial sounds, like waves, buses, trains and sometimes crazy chipmunks on the roof =) But you'll be used to it in two days.
